Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging—along with proof of purchase.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
